    Fabulous

Relaxation in quiet, pleasant surroundings with excellent breakfast and clean/accessable spa. Friendly staff and clean and comfortable rooms.

    Superb

Etxcellent service. We were late checking in and found that we would be unable to have a drink before dinner as their restaurant closes at 9.30 pm. Two members of our party were vegetarian and had very limited choice of entree's. The wait stafff were asked about any other local restuarants they could recommend and they came up with a really good recommendation for an Italian restaurant that met our needs. They were proactive in calling up the restaurant and booking us a table. One member of our party left behind a cell phone charger and the hotel located it and posted it back without needing any prompts. We loved our stay and would recommend the hotel to others. Great views from the bar/restaurant.

    Superb

I particulary liked the room as we were upgraded to suite on arrival. Also the restaurant, decor and evening meal.

The leisure facilities were poor. We visited them once & didn't use again, although we would go back to hotel. Also breakfast although good menu did not live up to expectations especially when hotel was busy on Sunday morning and full breakfast menu was not available.

    Superb

    The situation on Ayr seafront

The food is good but a bit overpriced compared to similar meals in the town of Ayr.

The size of the rooms were fabulous. Everything about the room was first class.

Something that could not be blamed on the hotel, the snorer who kept me awake most of the night.

Enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent.

The only fault was the rooms were really too warm even with the air conditioning .

    Good

I think the main hotel looked lovely, however we were put in a chalet style room in the carpark. There were guests out on the bar terrace until late, which was just outside our window. The view was a car park! It was an expensive choice, for what turned out to be nothing like the pictures/description. I'm sure the main hotel would've fitted these, we were just very unlucky!

    Very good

It was my wifes special birthday and we just wanted a relaxing couple of days so we spent one of those days at fairfield and we enjoyed it very much. We found the food and drink alittle bit expensive, however we enjoyed our stay.
